Hi Chris, Re Shared tour 10th July I'd just like to thank you for a fantastic trip yesterday, Tony ( or is that Toni?!) was the most engaging and friendly person and we just wish we had more time with him. As it was he worked around all the problems that fate threw at us - the early departure time, traffic and the unfortunate accident that closed the tunnel en route to Herculaneum. I can't speak for the others but I know I'd like to do the whole thing over again when we aren't so short of time, and maybe later in the season so I don't melt quite so much.

Hi Christina, just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our day on the Amalfi Coast on June 6th with "UncleTony". He was fantastic, perfect English,knowledgable and full of great advice. He bought locally made cakes and freshly made orange for us and took us to a beautiful Trattoria for lunch in Scala. We had the best day of our cruise thanks to Tony. Either the purpose of the visit is to celebrate some life event, or the visit itself is a long-awaited special occasion. If you want to assure yourself a very special, seamless, comfortable and memorable experience, then we highly recommend Aldo Limos. We thought that we were hiring a private car, driver, and tour guide for Pompeii and the gorgeous towns of the Amalfi. Instead, we got a skilled, passionate, and knowledgeable concierge with excellent driving skills and a mastery of the restaurants, vineyards, and hidden culinary attractions of the region. My wife and I are veteran travelers, and we are familiar with many regions of Italy from working and vacationing in Rome, Milan, Florence, Venice, Siena, and the Tuscan countryside. In the interest of full disclosure, I should add that in my previous career I managed teams of customer service agents and concierges for several luxury hotel companies. Aldo Limos exceeded all of our expectations and was worth every euro spent. Our driver was punctual, knowledgeable, and spoke perfect - and I mean flawless - English. He also knew of a few off-the-beaten path places for us to stop for olive oil, at a working artisanal cheese factory, and at a beautiful and uncrowded excavated Roman villa with exceptional frescoes and artifacts. Aldo Limo arranged for us to celebrate our wedding anniversary at a local Michelin 1-star restaurant; they arranged for us to enjoy an outstanding vineyard lunch on the slopes of Mt. Vesuvius; they booked us into a fabulous beachside restaurant in Amalfi where the fish was just pulled from the ocean two hours before we arrived; and they arranged for us to enjoy a casual, non-touristy restaurant in Sorrento that was busy with locals enjoying the best lasagna, pizza, and spaghetti vongole that we have ever devoured. All for the price of a car and a driver. Instead, we got a car (Mercedes), expert driver, personal concierge, culinary expert, and gentleman locavore extraordinaire. We received much, much more than expected. We received outstanding and anticipatory personal service that met or exceeded anything that we have experienced from luxury cruises, 5-star resorts, and previous tours. Simply the best! Although Salvatore was our driver, we enjoyed meeting both of you and having a chance to talk to you directly, especially after you were so kind when we had to cancel and then rebook our trip 7 months later. Dear Christina and Aldo, We are going to be in port in Naples on July 1, 2015, sailing on the Island Princess. We are cruising alone this time. Do you anticipate organizing any shared tours for that day. This will be our 4 Th visit to this area and we would love to do something a little different this time. Your cost is very fair, your vehicles are top notch, and your guides wonderful! Believe me, we have hired private guides before with less them positive outcomes. Aldo has trained his guides very well and if you leave some of your itinerary to him, you will be thrilled with the results! Aldo - My daughter and I took a wonderful 8 hour tour with Tony on the Amalfi Coast. He picked us up right on time at our hotel in Sorrento and the fun began. We went to Positano, Amalfi, and high in the hills to Ravello where Tony introduced us to a great restaurant that I think was the best meal we had in Italy. The botanical gardens were gorgeous! Since my daughter is a photographer, Tony's vast knowledge of the coast, photo ops, and history was fantastic! It was our best day in Italy!! Thanks to you and Tony for helping us have this magic day!
